Vinkoo
A digital ecosystem for a food bazaar event organizer, transforming manual operations into a connected suite of a tenant mobile app, web admin platform, and landing page.
Year :
2023
Industry :
Event
Client :
Vinkoo
Project Duration :
3 Months

Problem :
Before going digital, Vinkoo ran nearly all of its operations manually — from selecting vendors to managing the many moving parts of each food bazaar event. Handling these processes by hand made day-to-day work slower and harder to keep organized as events grew in scale and complexity. What Vinkoo needed was a way to move beyond these manual routines and bring their entire operation, from vendor selection to end-to-end event management, into a single digital system.

Solution :
To answer this, the project delivered a connected suite of products: a web admin platform for the organizers, a mobile app built specifically for tenants, and a dedicated landing page to showcase Vinkoo's services and events. As the UI/UX Designer for the mobile app, I focused on simplifying the tenant experience — covering registration, booth management, and customer service coordination — so that tenants could concentrate on delivering their best offerings without being weighed down by logistical complexity. I shaped the overall design framework to align with Vinkoo's goals, structured the user experience to be straightforward and easy to navigate, and selected a color identity that reflected Vinkoo's vibrant yet professional character while staying visually coherent across every platform.

Challenge :
The core challenge was translating a fully manual operation into a digital ecosystem that still felt intuitive to the people using it. This meant creating high-fidelity interfaces that met a high aesthetic standard while ensuring functional clarity, so that every design decision worked to enhance usability and tenant satisfaction rather than simply looking polished.
For the landing page, I wanted to highlight Vinkoo's extensive event documentation, so I introduced a simple yet engaging flip animation in the hero section. This added a dynamic visual touch while reinforcing the brand identity, resulting in a cohesive and appealing digital presence.
Summary :
The Vinkoo project successfully transformed a manual, hands-on operation into a seamless digital ecosystem. By weaving in a vibrant summer theme alongside a user-centric approach, the solution not only met the client's requirements but also elevated the overall experience for both tenants and organizers. The mobile app, web admin platform, and landing page each played a part in strengthening Vinkoo's branding while simplifying their event management workflows. Feedback from initial testing pointed to a clear improvement in operational efficiency and user satisfaction — validating the designs and reinforcing how much aligning system functionality with a brand's unique identity can shape a polished, cohesive product suite.
